We’re currently seeking a Sales Operations Specialist to join our Revenue Operations team on a one-year, fixed-term contract. This is a great opportunity to contribute to a fast-growing company making a real impact in cybersecurity. As a Sales Operations Specialist, you will:

• Work collaboratively with global sales and external partner teams to create quotations, process new and renewal sales orders
• Monitor and report on daily order fulfillment metrics
• Ensuring timely and accurate CRM data updates including de-duplication, merging and other data activities and reporting
• Assisting with lead management, and reporting within CRM
• Develop process workflow documentation
• Provide general team support

This is a remote work position: You will work remotely or work from home.   

Experience & skills we look for:

• 2+ years' experience supporting global sales teams
• Post secondary degree in Business Administration or related discipline
• Extensive MS Office skills
• Experience with marketing and sales technology such as Zoho / Bigin Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Tools
• Strong communication and time management skills
• Excellent organization skills and attention to detail with ability to execute multiple initiatives and deliver against deadlines
• Drive to succeed and participate in the growth of a fast-paced company
